Work Year 2026
Work Year 2026 for a composer organized by the STIFTUNG CHRISTOPH DELZ, Basel
The work year is intended to enable the realization of a larger composition project, possibly
combined with a stay abroad.
The Christoph Delz Foundation’s contribution amounts to CHF 30,000 and will be awarded
by the jury in full for one project.

Candidate eligibility:
The competition is open to composers who live in Switzerland or are entitled to reside in
Switzerland and were born after December 31, 1990.
To be submitted :
– 2 works (score, possibly sound recording)
– a project description as detailed as possible for the work year
– curriculum vitae
The documents must be submitted as PDF files using the online form.

Basel.
Submission deadline :
by November 15, 2025 (received by the Foundation).
Participants will be notified of the decision by December 1, 2025 at the latest. Legal
recourse is excluded.
